We teach sales and sales management within the framework of our own school, Bagazh school and EBA. Expertise — process, people & technology. Market — Ukraine, Europe and the USA. What needs to be done? Skills. Monitoring the work of the client's team in the CRM system; Listening to calls, meetings, etc. Fixing the team's actions in accordance with the established standards; Forming a recommendation regarding the improvement of certain skills in specific employees of the Sales client. Building the architecture of the client's dashboard; Regular analysis of final reports; The formation of theses for the investigation of the reasons for the deviation of indicators; Providing recommendations on strengthening positive and eliminating negative deviations of key sales indicators. Building and calculating a motivation system for the client; Creating a structure and areas of responsibility in the client's team. Why you? Experience. You have successful experience as a business analyst, or a related position with similar competencies; Hard skills. You have skills in working with Excel and building reports and recommendations.
