Job duties: Compilation of the knowledge base for the project (working in Confluence); Forming reports and extracts from databases; Writing technical tasks based on requests from employees; Testing of extensions; Technical support for system users; Help in forming and describing business processes (BPMN notation). Writing instructions for user work. Candidate requirements: Higher, incomplete higher; Advanced level use of MS Excel (VPR and other common formulas and functions, mergers, pivot tables) and other MS Office products; English A2 or higher; Ability to work with large amounts of data; Attention to detail, responsibility, organization; Willingness to learn new things; High level of analytical skills: identifying connections, searching for sequences and converting them into rules; Mandatory performance of the test task.
