Business analyst in PIN-UP Global

Requirements:2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and to transfer received information to the developer team;Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements;Possession of a structured, process and result-oriented approach, a practical way to solve problems;Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC);The flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and priorities, as well as to learn new tools and technologies;Languages: Ukrainian (C2), English (B1);Location: Kyiv.Responsibilities:Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks, describe use cases;Analysis of the elicited requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications (in the form of a user story, use cases);Creation and maintenance of documentation in areas of responsibility (requirements specifications, user manual, maintenance manual, etc.);Review and approve the user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists;Presentation of the user stories to the team, their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team;Interaction with QAs while preparing the test cases and testing product;Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of ​​responsibility.
