Business analyst in Treeum

Treeum is a product FinTech company. We develop platforms, simple and convenient services that allow users to easily choose and order financial services. We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. Our expectations: Experience in developing project and user documentation (including business requirements, TOR, user instructions, etc.) Experience in setting up and testing business process automation tasks Experience in developing and implementing products, business processes from 3 years Experience in developing requirements for sites, mobile applications, CRM Knowledge of financial products (deposits, cards, loans, insurance, etc.) Experience in project management Future tasks :Collection, consolidation and agreement of business requirements, preparation of technical tasks for finalization and development of software, interaction with IT to find optimal solutions to achieve business indicators Setting tasks for development/finalization/fixing bugs in software Monitoring the implementation of tasks for development/finalization/fixing bugs in software , acceptance testing (within the set tasks) Development of user documentation Analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of tasks/projects Analysis of reporting by quantitative and qualitative indicators Monitoring and analysis of market trends, competitors/providers in terms of products, processes, conditions of cooperation with partners Initiation and introduction of new market products (incl. h promotions, raffles, etc. activities)/processes Organization/optimization of cooperation processes with partners, support processes within the company What we offer: Remote work format / hybrid / in the office in Kyiv — to choose from.
