About us and how we work XAgency is a business solutions studio that actively uses AI. Our clients are companies from the USA and Europe. After colleagues involved in developing solutions select for the client a set of what we will implement for them, and this is agreed upon with the client, the business analyst steps in. The business analyst’s task is to find out all the details of the client’s situation (what software is already used, what processes), and write down detailed requirements for developers so that they can take on implementation without the need for constant communication with the customer. Responsibilities: Collecting requirements from customers / Business requirements elicitation (2-3 new clients per week) Writing business specifications and technical specifications / Compose business and technical requirements specification documents Analysis of client business processes / Visual presentation of business processes Setting tasks for developers / Set tasks for developers Analytical support during development and testing stages Writing documentation / Document the project and maintain documentation Writing Users instructions Requirements: Knowledge of English Upper-Intermediate level (ability to communicate by voice with English-speaking customers) Experience in writing BRD (Business Requirements Document) Experience in conducting interviews with customers, obtaining business requirements Ability to conduct several projects in parallel (2 −3) Conditions: Salary: from $750 to $2000 Vacation: 4 paid weeks per year, plus New Year/Christmas holidays and other holidays Sick leave: fully paid, without certificates Schedule: basic - full day, specific hours - by agreement with the team (the main thing is match calls, colleagues and clients).
