Our client is a distributor of aesthetic medicine and professional cosmetics products in Ukraine, the EU and the Balkan countries. They work mainly in the B2B market and offer the sale of professional cosmetics, cosmetology devices, as well as training of specialists in aesthetic medicine. Our client is the official and exclusive distributor of American pharmacopoeial cosmetics "Vivant SkinCare", Israeli "NOON Aesthetics", BIOFOR, as well as injectable products of Aesthetic Experts Labs in Ukraine. The company's mission is to provide dermatologists and cosmetologists with access to the best professional cosmetics with of the whole world The company has been operating in Ukraine since 2007, and is expanding its operations to the rest of Europe from 2021. In connection with the growth of the company, we are looking for a BUSINESS ANALYTIC in the client's team. Experience, knowledge and skills you need: Work experience from 1 year with the direction of budgeting and financial accounting; English language at the minimum B1 level; High level of analytical and communication skills; Experience in processing and analyzing significant volumes of information; Experience in analyzing business processes; Experience in working with CRM, Excel; Fluency in 1C, MS Office and analytical tools (Power BI, Zoho Analytics, etc.); Organizational skills, responsibility and attentiveness. Your main functional duties: Implementation of regular financial analysis in the company; Analysis and improvement of business processes; Formation of a system of balanced indicators (KPI and OKR) for measuring their effectiveness; Setting up the process of the most automated collection of these indicators and their analysis; Proposals for improving business processes based on this analysis; Formation of sales forecasts; Formation of orders from product manufacturers and further support of logistics processes; Coordination of projects for the implementation and improvement of software systems for support of business processes (revision of 1C, CRM, e-commerce, etc.).
