Requirements for professional competences: Higher education (preferably technical); 3+ years in the position of Business Analyst; Development process: SDLC, documentation: BRD, SRS, FSD; Work with requirements: Job story; System modeling: BPMN, UML (Use case diagram, Activity diagram, Sequence diagram); User interface (UI/UX); System integration: REST, SOAP. Have practical experience in the fintech industry (desirable); Knowledge of Bitrix 24 or other CRM, as well as cryptocurrencies will be an advantage. Responsibilities: Collect and document primary information and project requirements (communication with customers, product managers , heads of departments, developers); Analyze the received information, study the conditions and dependencies of implementation, decompose business requirements to the level of individual tasks for developers; Support the development of solutions at all stages of the SDLC from the formalization of requirements to testing and transfer to support; Create detailed requirements, namely: API specifications taking into account existing IT technologies, requirements for interfaces, description of the logic of interaction of systems taking into account current and required methods, formalization of technical requirements in the form of User Story, Use case; Create UML (sequence, etc.) diagrams, other schematics and documents that are required for development; Engage in the preparation of technical documentation or changes after product implementation and with the support of QA and development teams.
