A group of companies with different lines of business: trade, production and warehouse complex (fulfillment services), contact center, invites to its team: Business analyst. Main tasks: Revision of the current business processes of the company (review, analysis of efficiency, proposals for optimization and description of business processes). Participation in the process of forming KPIs for key positions in the company. Preparation of requirements for automation of business processes, participation in testing of the finished product. Development of technical tasks/specifications for the implementation of automated processes; projects (optimization of current reporting and implementation, if necessary, of a new one). Requirements: complete higher education (technical or mathematical or economic or IT); work experience as a business analyst for at least 2 years; ability to work with databases, large data sets and analytical tools, experience in managing automation projects and implementing business processes; experience in writing technical tasks; preferably, knowledge of DBMS (SQL, etc.); preferably, ability to model business processes in notations (for example, BPMN); confident user of MS Excel; Personal qualities: analytical thinking, leadership qualities, the ability to make independent decisions, initiative and a creative approach to work, a team player, flexibility, punctuality We guarantee: stable work in a large company, complex and interesting tasks, as well as the implementation of your ideas; standard working day Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30 Saturday-Sunday combined schedule jobs (remote + off-line in the office) Send a resume with a request for a salary level, we will be glad to see you in our team.
