Ukrenergo Digital Solutions LLC is a product IT company that is a leader in the development of software products for the national operator of the transmission system and the energy sector of Ukraine as a whole. We invite a Business Analyst to join the team of the "Industry Reporting" project. "Industry Reporting" is a modern, universal platform for replacing outdated reporting software products that have shaped the electricity reporting of Ukraine for the past 30-40 years. The main users of the platform are electricity suppliers and energy-generating enterprises of Ukraine, the controller and consolidator of reporting is PrJSC NEC Ukrenergo, the customers of reporting are the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, the Commission of the National Energy Regulatory Commission of Ukraine and the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. Candidate requirements: Business Analyst experience or similar positions from 1 year; Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC); Knowledge of MS Excel at a high level; Experience in developing project documentation (technical tasks, instructions, regulations, etc.); Experience in creating prototypes of user interfaces (UX/UI); Work experience with Redmine, Jira or other task managers; Experience with the ASKOD electronic document management system or others; Experience in training users of information systems; Ability to model and describe business processes using BPMN 2.0, UML notations; Understanding of the structure of relational databases and the principles of API operation ; Fluency in the Ukrainian language (spoken and written); Excellent communication skills; Independence, analytical thinking, attention to detail; Creative approach, inquisitiveness; Proactivity and work for results.
