We are currently looking for a Business Process Optimization Manager / Business Analyst in Odessa to join our team...Professional skills: Higher education / additional courses in Excel business analytics; Experience as a business analyst or database administrator from 2 years; Effective work with data arrays, have experience in business programming, business analysis, business process architecture; High level of mastery of MS Office, Power Point, Excel (business analytics), SQL, basic knowledge of 1C, experience with CRM; The advantage will be skills in: services for managing business processes, systems for tracking errors, Use cases, User stories, etc. Duties: Development and implementation of a management reporting system; Modeling of data flows, models data, transformation and aggregation of data. Processing of large data sets, systematization for consolidated forms. Modeling of business processes (architecture). Formulation of solution concepts, construction of process and structure models; Development and implementation of control and reporting tools for each department of the company; Compilation of technical tasks for external contractors regarding implementation/improvement of programs/technologies, formation of prototypes. Implementation of new software products for business implementation. Analysis of the effectiveness of individual products/projects, the Company's activities as a whole.
