Now we are looking for a person who will qualitatively help in this, namely a business analyst. What will need to be done? Analyze existing business processes in the company. Find solutions on how to optimize, automate, improve existing business processes. Create models of business processes. Analyze and monitor the implementation of new business processes. Participate in the implementation of refinements based on "1C", in particular integration " 1C" with CRM ZOHO. Collect and analyze feedback from partners. Develop technical tasks for programmers. Regulate automated processes, create instructions for new work algorithms. Implement Lean methodology tools in the company (and know what they are :); Prepare reports. What do we expect from the candidate? Has successful experience in automation of business processes, project management. Worked with various configurations of "1C" 8.3. Understands the essence and meaning of the metadata of the "1C" system: directories, registers, documents. Excellent knowledge of Excel, various CRM or ERP. Has advanced skills in identifying customer needs and drafting clear technical specifications. Able to test revisions and clearly describe problems during final testing.
