The company "Dila, medical laboratory" is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will help us expand our activities and improve the efficiency of our processes. Main responsibilities: Analysis of primary requirements for development, specification of requirements, communication with stakeholders; Modeling of "to be" business processes; Development of User Stories, Use Cases; Analysis of the impact of the development on the existing functionality, identification of possible risks, development of measures to prevent them; Decomposition of tasks and development of technical tasks; Development and implementation of test cases; Development of API specifications taking into account existing IT technologies, description of the logic of system interaction taking into account current and required methods; data analysis using MySQL or SQL queries; Formation and control of implementation of product transition plans; Training of users and specialists; Support of new functionality (2nd line of support). Requirements: Work experience of 2 years or more as a consultant, analyst or experienced user of ERP systems (OeBS, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, etc.); Confident user of office programs, VISIO, Project, Jira. Contentum; High level of analytical and strategic skills; Ability to work with large amounts of data and draw conclusions; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to work in a team and make decisions, stress resistance, focus on results.
