What do we expect? 2 years of work experience as a business analyst; the ability to conduct interviews, determine priorities between the received requirements, the ability to impose requirements on standard functionality; experience in setting up a full development cycle (from TOR to commissioning of the project); experience in drafting technical and methodical documentation; experience in implementing and supporting systems for automating business processes; desirable experience in designing new configurations 1C/ BAS/ERP; knowledge of accounting, operational, management accounting; knowledge of basic objects and mechanisms in 1C; ability to organize working hours and focus on results; business communication skills.
