Required expertise:

Professional skills:

• basic knowledge and understanding of how ARI works, integration between systems
• understanding ARI technical documents
• the ability to identify requirements in full from the customer to describe the BV for implementation
• understanding of e-commerce
• practical experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence
• experience work in a similar position for 2 years or more
• command of the English language at the B2 level

• focus on the result, structural and systematic approach to tasks
• practical experience in multitasking
• structural and process thinking
• ability to ask questions, curiosity in to everything
• active life position and openness to new things
• analytical mindset

You will be responsible for:

• analysis of technical documentation for ARI integration with partners\customers of the company
• communication with customers and executors on integration projects
• analysis and correction of errors faced by the customer in the process of integration
• formation of BV for finalizing and configuring the OS, API for the customer's process
• maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base in Confluence for customer projects
