Our team is growing and we are currently looking for: "Business Analyst" .

Our ideal candidate has:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis in banking/fintech;
• from 1 year of work on crypto projects;
• knowledge of the architecture, processes and logic of banking core systems
• experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Miro, MS Office is a must; knowledge of Tableau or Power BI would be a plus.
• Knowledge of the basics of business analytics: SWOT, PEST, GAP analysis.
• Understanding of business processes like BPMN, UML.
• Ability to work with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and ability to solve problems.
• Flexibility, the ability to manage several tasks at the same time and work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team, be creative and pay attention to details.
• Knowledge of the English language from Upper-intermediate.

An advantage will be:

• Knowledge of regulations in the field of cryptocurrencies such as AML/KYC, GDPR or PCI DSS.

What will need to be done:

• Compile technical tasks, requirements, specifications;
• Preparation of business documents, including process maps and usage scenarios;
• Cooperate with stakeholders and conduct meetings to ensure the successful implementation of projects;
• Closely interact with the project partners who are responsible for the operational part to properly integrate the company's operational activities with the software;
• Acting as a mediator between stakeholders, development teams and other departments;
• Interact with the development and design team to achieve project goals;
• Conduct meetings and presentations.
