We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Experience: 2+ years as a business analyst with participation in projects to implement own CRM systems .Basic requirements: Knowledge of the software development life cycle; Identification and analysis of business requirements; Modeling of business processes (UML, BPMN, prototyping), data flows; Preparation of documentation (SRS, BRD); Stakeholder management; Higher education in economics, in information technology or related fields; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. It will be a plus: understanding of databases, relationships between entities and query optimization, basic knowledge of SQL, experience in the field of insurance and assistance. Your tasks: Gathering requirements from stakeholders; Business analysis processes; Preparation of specifications for software development; Modeling of business processes (UML, BPMN, prototyping), data flows; Interaction with the development team; Providing support, consulting and training of system users; Conducting functional and integration testing.
