Responsibilities: Collection and analysis of business requirements from interested parties in order to determine their needs and goalsDocumentation of functional requirements and determination of priorities for the development of a technical task in order to ensure compliance of IT systems with the strategic goals of the organizationFormation of functional specifications based on business requirements and their effective communication to the development team Active cooperation with project managers, software developers and other IT specialists in order to develop and implement IT solutions that meet the needs of the state organization Assessment of the impact of changes proposed by interested parties, development of requirements and an approach to the selection of proposed changes, providing recommendations for supporting decision-making processes to update requirements and select IT systemsConducting gap analysis between current "as is" and target "to be" IT systems, processes and legislative requirements, as well as developing a plan to eliminate deficienciesSupporting best practices, standards and trends in business analysis and development of IT systemsPerformance of other duties in accordance with the instructions of the manager Requirements: At least 1 year of work experience as a business analyst or in a similar role Experience in the public sector will be an advantage Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages ​​(spoken and written) Deep understanding of IT systems , software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban and AgileExperience in identifying stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, as well as participating in the development and support of projectsKnowledge of requirements documentation techniques, including user stories and use casesWork experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Draw.io, and LucidchartExperience with data visualization tools such as Redash and creating Form.ioProblem solving skills and independent decision-making Ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical specialists
