The mission of the Research Institute of Applied Information Technologies is to increase effectiveness of management of educational processes in Ukraine with the help of modern information technologies, and therefore, promoting the creation of an effective information space in the field of education. We have long-term projects in the field of automation of management of educational institutions, which we want to further develop with the addition of new technologies. For this, we need an experienced business analyst. Responsibilities: Maintain and develop the existing automated management system of the educational institution and participate in other company projects; Interact with customers and identify their business problems and requirements; Analyze, build and document business processes and solutions; Propose and coordinate proposed solutions; Discuss and set tasks for the development team. In the process of work, you need to: Interact with representatives of the customer, users, developers and all those interested in the project; Process regulatory documentation related to the field of development; Develop technical tasks/specifications, functional and not functional requirements; Document requirements, solutions and functionality in documentation systems (Wiki, Confluence, etc.); The ability to collect, verify and critically evaluate information received from interested parties; Experience in formulating requirements and managing them throughout the project; Experience in developing technical documentation; Understanding of the basic principles of the software development life cycle and the principles of integration with third-party systems; experience building queries in SQL; Experience with version control and requirements management systems is welcome (e.g. Jira, Mantis BT) and web documentation (e.g. Wiki, Confluence).
