Business analyst in Makeup

Responsibilities: Determination of customer requirements and optimization of work processes. Development of integrations with partner systems. Work with change requests: analysis, documentation, testing, optimization and automation of existing processes. Development and writing of instructions, detailed description of existing processes. Candidate requirements: Understanding of management, accounting and warehouse processes. At least 2 years of work experience as an analyst or technical specialist in the implementation and support of ERP- systems.Experience writing technical documentation.In-depth understanding and experience with APIs, including analysis of API documentation and understanding of JSON and XML data formats.Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.Job Description:Work will include development of technical terms of reference, implementation of new solutions and their further support.
