Responsibilities: Analysis and description of business requirements for software solutions within the existing information system, research of existing automation processes, assessment of system capabilities and relevance of business requirements Communication with business representatives regarding business process automation requirements, interviewing key users Development of functional requirements and needs to automation systems Modeling and description of business processes, implementation of their changes and optimization Direct personal participation in business automation projects Testing of improvements and writing instructions for users, launching into industrial operation Organization of work and professional assistance of the first line of technical support for 1C/BAS users Requirements: Higher education Experience in a similar position — from 5 years Experience and participation in projects to implement information systems based on 1C/BAS Knowledge of typical 1C/BAS configurations: UTP, UPP, KUP, ERP Ability to read and analyze 1C/BAS program code, identify errors, disassemble and analyze algorithms, write requests Understanding of subject areas on business automation and accounting methodology: accounting and management accounting, personnel and salary accounting, purchasing, sales, warehouse accounting, production Possessing the ethics of business communication Personal qualities: Analytical thinking Attention to details Ability to argue and make decisions High communication skills Responsibility and efficiency
