Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, user needs, and expectations.

Actively participate in pre-sales activities, preparing and presenting insightful materials to potential clients.

Translate business requirements into clear and detailed documentation for the development team.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure product alignment with client requirements.

Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT.

Proven experience in pre-sales activities , demonstrating the ability to showcase technical solutions to clients.

Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or above, both written and spoken.

Solid experience in collecting, analyzing, defining, and documenting business and technical requirements.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and teams.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks.
