• Create detailed user stories and technical tasks for the development team using Jira and Confluence.
• Develop and update user documentation (instructions, guides), ensuring it is accessible and understandable for end-users.
• Conduct gap analysis between current “as is” and target “to be” processes to identify areas needing improvement.
• Collaborate actively with project managers, software developers, and other IT professionals to support and develop the existing product according to the institution’s needs.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes from stakeholders, develop requirements for their implementation, and provide recommendations for decision-making.
• Implement best practices in business analysis, including the use of BABOK, to enhance the quality of requirements analysis.
• Knowledge and application of requirement documentation techniques through user stories and acceptance criteria to support development.
• Maintain and update technical documentation at every stage of development and implementation of changes.
