Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in business or system analysis and/or product management, knowledge of BABOK 3.0 methodology
< li> Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall
• Formulation of high-level technical requirements and specifications for a software product
• Proficiency in process visualization tools Visio, Draw.io < /li>
• Understanding and experience with APIs and web services
• Experience building/reengineering processes
• Strong communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders and ability to explain technical concepts to users in plain language

Will be a plus:

• Understanding of financial monitoring processes or work experience in this field
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and UML notations
• Knowledge of SQL and/or python
• Fluency in Ukrainian and English (Upper-Intermediate, B2 - will be an advantage)

What you will do:

• Create comprehensive documentation including system requirements documents, business process diagrams (BPMN, UML) and technical specifications to facilitate project understanding and implementation
• Collaborate with project participants to gather, document and prioritize business requirements for various project components
• Analyze and evaluate current system architecture, identifying areas for improvement and alignment with project goals
• Perform data analysis and modeling to ensure data flow support and structures meet project objectives and reporting requirements
• Analyze system integration points, ensuring seamless data exchange between various components and systems

• Evaluate potential system solutions and make recommendations based on cost-benefit analysis, feasibility studies, and fit with project goals
• Develop use cases, user stories, and other artifacts to describe system behavior and interactions, ensuring clarity for developers and project participants
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensureensure conformance of system changes to requirements and maintain high quality
• Assist in change management activities by assessing the impact of proposed changes on systems, processes and stakeholders, and assist in communication and training activities
• Develop templates and quality criteria for artifacts of business and system analysis
