Our company invites a business analyst to work.

Responsibilities for this position:

• conducting meetings with customers for the purpose of collection, formalization, modeling of business processes;
• advising customers on the possibility of optimization and more efficient construction of business processes related to registration of movable property encumbrances, bankruptcy;
• analysis of collected information with the aim of forming functional and non-functional requirements of customers;
• experience in forming technical requirements for the creation and modernization of information system software;
• decomposition and setting tasks for implementation by developers;
• participation in the testing of processes and/or software that is being created or improved.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education;
• 2+ years of work experience as a business analyst;
• experience in communicating with clients (conducting a survey, forming and introducing the necessary requirements);
• experience of working with government agencies will be a plus;
• experience in modeling business processes;
• development of technical tasks/specifications, functional and non-functional requirements, user instructions;
• the ability to work with legislation, to analyze the provisions of normative legal acts on the subject of their technical implementation;
• analytical abilities, the ability to distribute work, the ability to focus on details, the ability to determine priorities, strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a team.
