We are currently looking for a business analyst for our client, one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.

The company has assembled a strong team of engineers, designers and specialists in Hardware, QA, RF, who create products that help the military achieve its goals. In-house production facilities enable rapid implementation of changes and ideas.

Required skills and experience:

• From 3 years of work experience as a business analyst;
• knowledge of project management methods;
• sociability;
• the ability to quickly make decisions;
• attention to details;
• ability to use project management tools (Jira, Confluence);
• experience with hardware projects will be a big plus.

Future Responsibilities:

• Communication with clients and stakeholders to determine business needs;
• collection and analysis of requirements;
• documenting requirements and tracking changes;
• creating and maintaining detailed product documentation;
• tracking product quality indicators.
