Business Analyst

Kozak Group is an IT outstaff service company that develops software solutions using Magento, JS and Java. We are currently looking for a talented business analyst to work on our clients' projects.

🔆 What will need to be done?

• describe business processes, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, analyze tasks and work processes.
• communicate with executive team members to ensure alignment of technology efforts with company goals.
• collaborate with external and internal team members to analyze information needs and functional requirements, provide required artifacts (functional requirements, business requirements, documents, use cases, graphical user interface).
• communicate with developers, designers and experts to establish a technical vision and analyze the trade-offs between usability and performance.

🔆 We expect:

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst in the IT field;
• high level of English (upper-intermediate);
• strong skills in writing user stories, functional and technical requirements;
• experience in working with technical communications and ensuring the performance of technical tasks;
• the ability to prioritize and manage several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment;
• technical experience (developer or QA engineer) will be a plus.
