Infopulse is inviting a talented professional to join our growing team as a  Business Analyst . Our customer is one of the Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting, and financial advisory services.

As a business analyst, you will maintain expertise in financial reports and act as a subject matter specialist. You will assist Engagement and Delivery Managers in overseeing product delivery activities, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction. Your role includes interfacing with clients to document requirements for custom or vendor software products. You will create documentation such as requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, user guides, and wireframes. Additionally, you will manage the Product Backlog, prioritize requirements with the Management team, and define project scope and sprints.

Areas of Responsibility

• Define and analyze business and user requirements for new and enhanced products. Communicate them to stakeholders
• Work with clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Respond proactively to both business and project issues and escalate appropriately
• Manage main phases of functional requirements to the new and existing products: from identifying problems to the coordination of processes of requirements’ changes and expectations from customers
• Coordinate testing and QA activities within the project lifecycle
• Work with and direct QA resources to develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and all other deliverables and activities related to Quality Assurance of the Products
• Assist the Delivery Manager with status reporting as required
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Oral and written communication skills in English
• Interpersonal and consultative skills
• Facilitation skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving
• Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy
• Organizational skills
• Stakeholder analysis
• Requirements engineering

Will be an advantage

• Experience with SQL
• SAP experience
