has 2 years of experience in the positions of Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Business Process Analyst;

can analyze documented requirements (User Story, Use Case) helps in the formation of business Definition of Ready, Conditions of Satisfaction;

has experience in visualizing requirements (UML, BPMN);

has skills and systematically approaches process modeling, implementation of changes;

constantly develops his leadership qualities, is able to clearly formulate messages to the audience at different levels of the organization, without resorting to a bureaucratic style.

Responsibilities:

communication with internal business customers, collection of requirements and their coordination;

analysis and documentation of requirements (User Story, Use Case);

analysis of the scope of tasks from customers and their prioritization for processing by the development team;

communication with the Project Manager for (coordinating, managing statuses and deadlines for the implementation of tasks);

description of complex internal processes that affect several different departments at once.
