• analyze the functional requirements of the departments;
• conduct interviews and collect requirements from the customer; /li>
• understanding of technical terminology (backend, frontend, deploy, API, monolith/microservice) and principles of private blockchain
• mastery of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, MindManager, Figma, Google Calendar.
• prepare test cases, user stories;
• create technical tasks for developers;
• coordinate the development process: task control, interaction with business users and developers;
• engage in testing of improvements and transfer of the developed functionality to end users;
• draw up instructions and conduct user training;
• advise users on typical and developed functionality of 1C;
• implement and maintain specialized configurations;
• describe the company's business processes.
  Requirements:

• 2 years of work experience as a business analyst;
• ability to conduct interviews, prioritization of received requirements, ability to impose requirements on standard functionality;
• experience in setting up a full cycle of development (from TK to commissioning of the project);
• experience in drafting technical and methodical documentation;
• experience in implementing and supporting systems for automating business processes;
• desirable experience in designing new 1C/BAS/ERP configurations;
• knowledge of accounting, operational, management accounting;
• knowledge of basic objects and mechanisms in 1C;
• the ability to organize working hours and focus on results;
• business communication skills.
