As a Business Analyst, you will be the bridge between our clients and our internal development teams, translating business needs into actionable requirements. You will play a pivotal role in understanding, analyzing, and documenting business processes while identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring successful project deliveries, contributing to the growth of our organization, and ultimately impacting the success of our clients.

On this project, as a Business Analyst, you will be included in a team of four professionals to develop software for one of our clients collaboratively. One of the most important tasks will be integrating into the team and organizing project documentation.

Requirements:

—  A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis.
— Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English (can speak fluently).
— Demonstrated proficiency in gathering and documenting requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
— Familiarity with various software development methodologies, such as Agile.
— Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
— Knowledge of  business process modeling.
— Proficiency in drafting functional/business/system requirement specifications.

Would be a plus:

— Experience as a Software Engineer / QA / Project Manager.

Responsibilities :

— Collaborate with clients and development teams to gather business requirements.
— Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement and recommend solutions.
— Maintain detailed business requirements, use cases, functional specifications, and user stories to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives and scope.
— Participate in the discovery phase.
— Complement textual requirements with low-fi Figma wireframes and diagrams.
— Organize and maintain the development project documentation (Confluence), and update it after change requests.
— Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables and establishing project timelines and milestones.
— Participate in project planning sessions, status meetings, and post-implementation reviews to continuously improve processes and project outcomes.
— Stay updated on industry trends for process optimization.
