Business analyst Kyiv Hello! We are a Ukrainian company that has been working in the field of retail sales, purchase and production of clothing and accessories for over 20 years. We are looking for the entire "Business analyst" team. Tasks for you: ▪️ Acting as a key team member in projects, including planning, progress tracking and change management; ▪️ Analysis of existing processes and systems in order to identify opportunities for optimization; ▪️ Development of technical specifications and business requirements for new systems or processes; ▪️ Ensuring communication between technical teams and interested parties, documenting detailed business requirements; ▪️ Development and presentation of reports, analytics and recommendations for management; ▪️ Conducting training seminars for users and interested parties with the aim of learning how to work in new/changed systems; ▪️ Tracking the latest trends in analytics technologies, recommendations for their implementation to improve business efficiency, promote innovation and digital transformation in the organization; ▪️ Ensuring the compliance of tarnishing processes with established quality standards; ▪️ Conducting audits and revisions to guarantee continuous improvement. What is important for us: ▪️ Higher education in the field of business, finance, computer science, information technology or related fields; ▪️ Work experience of 1 year or more in the role of a business analyst or related fields, with which you can demonstrate successful results in business analysis; ▪️ Understanding of Retail business processes, skills in BPMN 2.0 notation business process modeling and development of technical requirements; ▪️ Knowledge of business process modeling tools (for example, Visio, Bizagi, Signavio Process Manager); ▪️ Knowledge of data visualization tools (for example, Tableau, Power BI); ▪️ Experience of working with ERP systems ▪️ Participation in development projects of accounting systems of the 1C family (1C7, 1C8, BAS) (for example, BAS/1C, SAP, Oracle); ▪️ Experience of direct participation in CRM, WMS, HRM, E-commerce and other BA/PM projects will be an advantage; ▪️ Understanding the working principles of Agile and Scrum methodologies; ▪️ Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team; ▪️ Flexibility, adaptability and multi-tasking — must have:) We will take care of: ▪️ Your income.
