We are looking for an energetic and persistent professional for the position of Business Analyst.

Kyivstar.Tech is a Ukrainian hybrid IT company, a resident of Diya.City. We are a subsidiary of Kyivstar, one of the largest Ukrainian telecommunications operators.

What you will do:

• Analyze business requirements for marketing initiatives (MA).
• Communicate with performers to launch MA.
• Compile and coordinate technical tasks, plans, protocols of integration and client testing.
• Supervise the preparation and provision of technical documentation and instructions for system maintenance and operation.
• Conduct business process and product analysis while gathering business requirements for changes to information systems, IT services, and reports.

What qualifications and experience are required:

• At least 3 years of experience in a BA role.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work with several tasks at the same time.
• English at the intermediate+ level

A plus will be:

• Technical education.
• Knowledge of Kyivstar.Tech commercial products
