Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst; Domain knowledge in the Fintech/Banking industry; Experience in creating a product/feature roadmap; Effective cooperation between different stakeholders; Practical experience in applying Agile principles; Knowledge of requirements management methods and tools; Basic theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (Story Map, Jira, Confluence); Experience in creating documentation for the customer's team (Detailed User Stories, Use Cases, feature-breakdown lists, etc.); Techniques for developing and describing business processes (UML, Use Case, User Flows, etc.); Communication skills, presentations, market research, planning and analytics; Ability to solve complex cases and professional negotiation; The English language is not lower than Upper-Intermediate. Will be an advantage: Knowledge of the French language. Responsibilities: Collection and prioritization of product requirements, definition of product vision, strategy and roadmap; Close cooperation with a team of engineers and designers to ensure the achievement of goals; Collection and evaluation of ideas and opinions, demonstration of new ideas and functionality to interested parties; Research of competitors of similar products.
