Required qualifications:
— 4+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT service company;
— technical background;
— solid knowledge of the software development life cycle;
— ability to read and work with API documentation, experience working with Postman;
— experience in analyzing stakeholders’ requirements and solution requirements, forming them into well-detailed specification documents, use cases within the products-based environment;
— solid understanding of market research and competitor analysis;
— ownership abilities, entrepreneurial and business-oriented mindset;
— knowledge of tools for creation of high-level prototypes, schemes;
— able to understand the technical side of building the products to be on the same page with all teams;
—knowledge about UX principles in scope of web and mobile applications;
— knowledge of software development methodologies (agile, kanban, etc);
— advanced English is a must!
Nice to have:
— understanding of how banks/neobanks work — ideally with work experience in fintech.
What you’ll be doing:
— Work with product owner to prioritize all user stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum business value that align with product strategy;
— analize API documentation of third-party services, create business requirements considering possibilities and limitations of third-party services;
— create “Business Requirement Document” and “Functional requirement specification” documents;
— prepare draft mockups to iterate quickly and receive stakeholders feedback on the initial stage. Work with UI/UX designers;
— work with developers to identify and clarify technical requirements;
— research the competitors.
