Business Analyst in CIGen

Currently, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. This position could be fully remote.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements.
• Maintain effective communication channels.
• Contribute to product backlog development alongside the Product Owner.

🔹 Requirements:

1. Requirement Elicitation and Documentation:

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather necessary information.
• Create clear and concise business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare meeting notes and ensure accurate documentation.

2. Technical Documentation Skills:

• Create detailed technical documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Utilize BPMN and UML diagrams to describe system processes.
• Document main API endpoints and their corresponding methods.

3. Requirement Management Tools:

• Proficient in using requirement management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

4. Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC):

• Familiarity with SDLC phases, including requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

5. Basic Understanding of Programming Concepts:

• Ability to communicate effectively with developers by understanding basic programming concepts.
• Propose “best practice” solutions aligned with stakeholder requirements.

6. Communication and Collaboration Skills:

• Strong communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Synthesize different viewpoints to create solutions that meet all requirements.

7. Problem-Solving Skills:

• Analyze complex problems and recommend effective solutions.
• Align solutions with business goals.

8. Language Skills:

• Excellent English proficiency.

🔹 Would be a plus:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Lucid.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
