Business Analyst in PLATMA

In our IT company, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, and formalizing product requirements, as well as ensuring effective communication between customers and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

— Facilitating the process of eliciting business requirements through working with the team and stakeholders;

— Analyzing, validating, grooming, and documenting project requirements;

— Performing competitor and market analysis, assisting in developing product ideas;

— Participation in decision-making on technical implementation, using best practices and approaches;

-Visualizing business processes, interface wireframes, and preparing data models;

Requirements:

— 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in real IT projects.

— Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

— Strong skills in interviewing stakeholders, and analyzing business processes and documents.

— Practical experience in writing User Stories, Use Cases, Functional and Non-functional requirements, System Requirements Specification;

— Practical experience in modelling processes, requirements, and data in BPMN and UML diagrams.

— Practical experience in modeling and prototyping interfaces in Visio, Axure, Figma, or others.

— Experience with Jira/Confluence.
