Business Analyst in Softengi

About the project:

Softengi is looking for a confident Business Analyst for a project of a leading Ukrainian telecommunications company!

By what criteria do you fit us:

• 1.5+ years of experience in IT projects in the role of Business or System Analyst
• Professional knowledge of UML, BPMN, Sequence diagram, SQL, Enterprise architect, Jira, Confluence
• Expertise in project management
• Professional experience in Waterfall methodology
• Having practical experience in gathering, analyzing and formalizing customer or business user requirements, as well as writing, coordination and management of the life cycle of technical documentation
• Understanding REST architecture, DBMS basics
• Knowledge of standards for building IT services

Preferably:

• Knowledge of telecommunication networks (GSM, GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, etc) and TCP/IP, Ethernet, IP infrastructure
• Experience with systems such as Billing, DWH, etc.

Main functional duties:

• Study and analysis of the architecture and interaction of existing telecom systems IT and TD
• Analysis of the customer's needs, possible limitations and proposal of the target solution architecture
• Coordinating the solution options with the interested parties
• Performing an expert assessment of the project documentation developed by the customer ( briefs, concepts, etc.)
• Coordinating business requirements with the customer and other interested parties
• Designing technical solutions and managing the life cycle of requirements for the solution
• Modeling business processes within the scope of the project, development of a solution model Drafting and coordination of plans, protocols of integration, client testing, responsibility for the organization of testing Preparation of technical documentation and instructions for maintenance and operation of implemented platforms /li>
• Preparation of orders, meetings, tasks to perform work on technological and IT platforms, in accordance with company procedures
