Business Analyst in UST Ukraine

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with technical knowledge to join our team and collaborate closely with the banking industry. In this role, you will be instrumental in gathering requirements, crafting user stories, and facilitating the delivery of integrated solutions. Your responsibilities will span across various functional squads, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their needs while working alongside our technical team to provide support throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with multiple functional squads to comprehensively understand their requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Technical team to provide guidance and support throughout the process.
• Offer advice to both technology and business stakeholders, blending pragmatism with best practices.
• Lead the gathering of requirements and manage relationships with stakeholders.
• Propose solutions, with an emphasis on out-of-the-box and low-code solutions, in collaboration with solution architects.
• Provide support for user training and documentation efforts.
• Assist in maintaining delivery timelines and keeping projects on track.

Mandatory Skills:

• 4+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Swagger Files.
• Excellent communication skills with a mastery of the English language.
• Experience and understanding of APIs and integration patterns.
• Expertise in data mapping and transformation.
• Management of Data Dictionaries.
• Strong relationship management and communication abilities.
• Proficient in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Experience in end-to-end delivery within an Agile framework.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience in banking or financial services.
