Business Analyst in Avirise

Requirements:

- Experience as a business analyst in IT projects from 2 years;
—Experience in mobile development;
—Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies;
—Ability to gather business requirements by interviewing customers and analyzing existing documentation;
—Experience in creating and managing BA documents (Feature List, Business Requirements, Change request);
—Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from several sources, break down high-level information into details, abstract from low-level information;
— Experience in creating wireframes (Figma, Lucidchart, etc.);
— Experience in using business analytics methods (prototyping, UML, BPMN, user stories and use cases);
— Upper English level -Intermediate and above;
—Experience in direct communication with clients and development team.

Main responsibilities:

— Eliciting and analyzing requirements;
—Decomposing requirements;
—Creating complex flowcharts, layouts, system models, specifications, and diagrams (BPMN, UML, etc.);
—Communication with customers and the development team;
—Preparation of requirements using User Stories and Use Case Scenarios;
—Regular clarification of requirements with customers and the development team;
—Work on the project from the presale stage to the release;
—Mentoring of junior specialists.

Additional skills:

—Understanding the architecture of mobile client interaction with the server;
— Experience with REST API (Postman);
— Basic knowledge of SQL queries.
