We are looking for a Business analyst in the Billing Regulations Team .
Skills required:
- 1.5+ years in business/systems analysis in IT projects;
- Possess software development methodologies;
- In-depth knowledge of JIRA & Confluence requirements management mechanisms;
- Ability to transform ideas and business requirements into technical tasks for the development team;
- Writing technical documentation using various modeling and visualization tools;
- Formation of requirements for the integration of third-party services and third-party systems;
- High awareness of web development standards and principles.
Will be a plus:
- Understanding who/what is better in each case Batman or Superman? Agile or Waterfall? Scrum or Kanban?
- Know many secrets in JIRA and Confluence, share them with the team;
- Distinguish between UML and BPMN;
- Be able to write JSON on the go and know the difference between JSON and XML, REST and SOAP, GET and POST;
- Aware of how an iFrame differs from a form;
- A broad understanding of the process of processing payments by payment services.
Main tasks:
- Knowledge, understanding and guidance on all initiatives assigned to the development team;
- Collection, analysis and documentation of requirements and stakeholder needs, including at the cross-team level;
- Transforming requirements into specifications and technical documentation;
- Performance of analysis, creation, decomposition and validation of assigned development team tasks;

- Filling and maintaining the backlog;
- Clarifying business needs and making timely changes to tasks and informing developers about updates to requirements;
- Forming hypotheses for product improvement.
