Business Analyst in RENOME SMART

We invite a Business Analyst to join our RENOME-SMART team!

RENOME SMART is a Ukrainian product IT Company that develops hardware and software products, provides professional ready-made solutions for banking, municipal and self-service sectors.

We are looking for an employee to fill the role of a liaison between the customer and the development team. The main responsibilities of a Business Analyst will be to identify customer needs, analyze, evaluate, document, and manage requirements and find the most effective solutions.

Requirements for the candidate:

• More than 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT field;
• Understanding of information systems and Internet technologies;
• Understanding of the basics of software development methodology;
• Analytical thinking and ability to collect and analyze business requirements of users;
• Practical skills in developing UML diagrams, describing processes in BPMN/IDEF notations;
• Experience in developing terms of reference in accordance with Software Requirements Specification (SRS);
• Using such tools as Visio / Balsamiq / AdobeXD, draw.io, Visual Paradigm, etc;
• Ability to work with Jira/Confluence;
• Intermediate level of English.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in technical positions in the IT field.
• Experience in the FinTech domain.
• Certificates, courses confirming your skills.
• Technical education.

Key responsibilities:

• Study of the company’s product composition to reuse the existing functionality;
• Communication with the customer and the development team;
• Identification and analysis of business requirements;
• Creating and tracking the requirements life cycle;
• Creation, support of requirements and functional documentation;
• Improving and enhancing existing project documentation templates;
• Manage the scope of work, clarify and validate requirements with the development team;
• Participation in demonstrations of the work performed to the customer;
• Analyzing the competitive solutions and market research.
