Business Analyst in PIN-UP.TECH

PIN-UP.TECH is one of the directions of the international ecosystem PIN-UP Global, which operates in six countries — Ukraine, Poland, Kazakhstan, Cyprus, Peru, and Armenia. PIN-UP.TECH is the foundation of today’s international ecosystem of PIN-UP Global, the main products of PIN-UP.TECH are platforms for Ukraine and Kazakhstan. PIN-UP Global is an ecosystem of independent companies involved in the life cycle of various entertainment products. Ecosystem companies introduce innovative technologies, non-standard solutions for the development and scaling of products and services.

We are looking for professionals to join our Poland or Cyprus office team.

Requirements
— 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst;
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business processes, identify issues, and propose effective solutions;
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders and to transfer received information to the developer team;
— Ability to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements;
— Strong understanding of APIs, their functionality, and how they facilitate integration between different systems;
— Ability to understand data structures and map data between different systems, ensuring smooth integration;
— Knowledge of UML and BPMN notations;
— Possession of a structured, processand result-oriented approach, a practical way to solve problems.

Will be plus
— Experience in betting-related projects.

Responsibilities
— Interaction with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, consulting them on opportunities and risks;
— Analysis of the elicited requirements and expectations and creation of requirements specifications (in the form of a user story, use cases);
— Creation and maintenance of documentation in areas of responsibility (RRD, requirements specifications, user manual, maintenance manual, etc.);
— Review and approve the user stories in collaboration with project managers and key technical specialists;
— Presentation of the user stories to the team, their clarification of incomprehensible and controversial points, and their updating and change as a result of discussion with the team;
— Interaction with QAs while preparing the test cases and testing product;
— Ownership and detailed understanding of the features and functions of products and applications from the area of ​​responsibility. This knowledge is used to identify opportunities and threats for new requirements;
— Sharing of knowledge and information with other departments of the company for the expansion and usage of advanced approaches and technologies.
