Description

Eloan is a web and mobile platform for giving customers payday or installment loans. The client provides installment loans to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, summarize, and process information from customers;
• Support customers in decision-making to create clear and coherent requirements;
• Conduct research and analysis of collected information;
• Present project goals and core functionalities to the development team;
• Write functional and non-functional requirements, technical specification documentation, and user stories/use cases;
• Create sketches, diagrams, and flowcharts to illustrate project details.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in the fintech domain, preferably micro-lending/payday/CRM;
• In-depth understanding of web principles and the general software development lifecycle;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in creating functional documentation;
• Proficiency in English, with a minimum level of Upper-Intermediate;
• Strong experience in customer interaction and requirements gathering;
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured mindset.
