Business Analyst in Lizard Soft

Business Analyst Kyiv, remotely Lizard Soft - Ukrainian company, software developer and integrator. We specialize in the creation and implementation of end-to-end solutions based on Microsoft cloud technologies for interoperability, interaction and automation of business processes. We are expanding the team and looking for a Business Analyst to work on existing projects (banking sector). It is very cool if you have: 1 year of experience as a business analyst with banking products; Experience of holding meetings with the client (banking sector); Experience in identifying requirements, their formalization and coordination; Experience working in Agile projects (SCRUM and/or Kanban); Experience in writing a technical task from scratch, user story; Experience in filling the backlog with detail; Experience in building diagrams based on BPMN notation; Experience with Figma (or other similar solutions); Experience with Axure or other similar solutions; Understanding of UX principles and the ability to prototype in Figma; Knowledge and understanding of decision architecture types; The ability to convey an opinion, time management skills, attention to detail, communication skills. Tasks you will work on: Communicate a lot with the customer and translate the received information into prototypes, a requirement for developers; Manage product backlog requirements and sprint backlog throughout the lifecycle; Participate in the discussion of filling the backlog and the principles of its implementation.
