Qualifications and Experience.

• Higher education - technical, mathematical, economic
• Must have work experience business analyst - from 2 years
• Knowledge in the field of banking technologies, processes and products
• Knowledge and practical experience in the application of BPMN standards
• Possession of skills in the application of business methods and techniques - analysis
• Knowledge of software development stages
• Ability to analyze information and structure it according to the conclusions of the analysis
• Confident communication skills

• Knowledge of the subject area - customer operations
• Experience of working with the SDLC SCRUM methodology
• Ability to work with a large volume of various types of information, analyze dynamically changing situations and make optimal decisions, quickly switch between tasks performed in parallel
• Knowledge of the basics of business correspondence and business communication
• Personal qualities: quick adaptation in new conditions, proactivity, desire and ability to self-learn, understand complex complex tasks, ability to work in a team, focus on results, stress resistance.

Your Role:

• Identifying business needs, defining the purpose and stakeholders of the project tasks
• Determination of existing regulatory and other limitations of the declared need
• Performing a preliminary analysis of the task and estimating labor costs for the preparation of formalized task requirements
• Carrying out a collection of requirements of interested parties. Performing a preliminary analysis of requirements, verifying the compliance of the stated requirements with the goals of the task, identified limitations
• Performing work on formalizing functional and non-functional requirements, tasks in accordance with the readiness criteria agreed with the internal consumer of the result
• Participation in determining the structure and interconnection of works for the preparation of the task statement, development of the requested functionality
• Reconciliation of requirements with all interested persons
• Participation in meetings, working groups
• Providing support testing according to the requirements of the task in the role of an expert
