Business analyst (1C, Microsoft 365) in Yuki

Main responsibilities:

• Collection and analysis of requirements of business units regarding reporting in Power BI
• Modeling and description of existing and new business processes to improve work efficiency
• Setting and testing tasks with developers (1C and Power BI)
• Analysis of changes, detection of impact on software operation
• Analysis of current reporting in Power BI and setting of tasks for new
• Systematization and optimization of existing software, proposal and formalization of solutions for changes based on 1C and Microsoft products

What is needed to become part of the team:

• Experience as a business analyst from 2 years
• Higher education (IT, technical/economic or finance)
• Basic knowledge of accounting/financial accounting
• Advanced user experience with Microsoft software including Power BI, Visio, Power Apps, Workflows, Project
• Knowledge of typical configurations of 1C/BAS
• Knowledge of standard business processes of a trading company
• Experience of setting tasks and preparation of technical specifications for the developer

The following skills will be an additional plus:

• Experience in the implementation of BAS and 1C software products
• Creation and implementation of a project management system
• Project portfolio management and development of project management culture
