Business analyst 1C (finance) in Wine Bureau (goodwine)

Wine Bureau is the largest importer and distributor in Ukraine. We are a supplier of wine, spirits and products for business. We work with chains, specialized stores, HoReCa, distributors and corporate clients.

You will be the driving force behind the automation process of the company's financial department, as well as an intermediary between business and developers!

Expectations from you:

• Confident user 1C (eight): can understand and collect all the necessary information to solve the problem on your own;
• Experience in the areas of: finance, wholesale/retail, distribution;
• Experience in large companies is desirable and with a wide range of functionality;
• Ability to write technical tasks for developers;
• Ability to work in a company, understand your value in it;
• Be scrupulous, structured and a clear person ("without water).

Minimum requirements:

• Experience in the position of Business Analyst 1C from 2 years;
• Experience of working with large configurations of UPP, UTP, ERP;
• Skills in writing Technical Tasks for developers and documentation;
• Understanding the basic concepts of financial operations.

Essence of work:

• Working with requests: formalization, structuring, collection of additional information;
• Administration of tasks in Jira : their classification and solution;
• Consulting on issues of work with 1C;
• Writing a technical task for developers, setting tasks;
• Participation in decision-making to support new functionality ;
• Analysis of functionality to automate the processes of the wholesale department;
• Creation of instructions for changes for process efficiency.
