Business analyst 1C in Beauty-prof

We have been developing uncontrollably since 2011 and are among the three largest companies in Ukraine. Our directions are our own retail chain of stores, distribution and online stores. And right now we are looking for a Business Analyst 1C in our team: Responsibilities: Analyze the company's business processes and determine improvement through the implementation of 1C. Management of the internal customer from TK to launch. Training of internal customers. Create and configure reports with the help of 1C for effective monitoring of the company's activities. Reconcile user requirements with 1C capabilities and develop appropriate solutions. Skills of managing the full development cycle (collection of requirements, design, writing of specifications, handing over of works to the customer) Drafting of regulatory documentation and documentation of project work Requirements: Higher education in the field of information technology, accounting and auditing or economics. Knowledge of typical business processes of a trading company, the basics of warehouse, accounting and management accounting. Skills in writing User Stories, User Cases. Possession of BPMN 2.0 notation. Experience in a similar position from 2 years Confident command of 1C. Analytical thinking and attention to details.
