Responsibilities: writing user instructions; modeling business processes; gathering, describing and formalizing stakeholder requirements; planning and closing the developer sprint; testing and implementing tasks into the system; interacting with developers to translate business requirements into technical requirements; Requirements: experience of working as a business analyst or system analyst from 2 years; experience of working with 1C (any configuration); experience of writing technical tasks for a developer; experience of modeling business processes; understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies; experience in writing technical documentation; experience in working with Jira, Confluence; desirable experience with tools for creating flowcharts (Draw.io, Bizagi, Visio, etc.); communication skills, the ability to "actively listen", system thinking and the ability to work in a team.
