Business analyst (1C) in Citrus

What needs to be done? Processing of change requests, collection of business requirements, their analysis and evaluation .Setting technical specifications for the development team.Writing instructions for using the functionality, compiling user documentation.Formation and prioritization of the backlog.Interaction with development teams.Coordinating the sprint plan with customers.Identifying risks and problems, removing obstacles that hinder the progress of work. Conducting daily meetings, planning, backlog grooming, retrospective. Methodologies, tools: Agile, Kanban, Scrum, JIRA; Informing the customer about development deadlines. Controlling the closing of sprints according to their direction (fixing bugs, completing tasks, requests by developers). Calculation of team productivity for the next sprint. Conducting a demo for an internal customer according to the developed functionality. Basic requirements: Work experience from the 1st year as a business analyst. Experience in drafting technical and methodical documentation in the context of describing business processes. Knowledge of the main objects and mechanisms in 1C. Analytical mindset. Orientation to the result, the desire to complete, "to push", including in conditions of uncertainty.
